Who We Are

  • Merrill loves native bees, reading novels, and running. She’s a licensed therapist, business owner, and a reflective systems thinker.  She’s passionate about strategizing with mission-driven leaders to thoughtfully organize and facilitate projects. She loves to collaboratively problem solve, troubleshoot resource and skill barriers, investing and gathering training on state-of-the-art best practices, all while fostering inclusive, intentional, and thoughtful community.

    Merrill is motivated to build healthy workplaces by transforming traditional power hierarchies into ecosystems of relational support. At Monday Wellness, Merrill leads change management and executive coaching programs designed to help organizations foster trust, collaboration, and sustainable growth. 

  • Ashley Emmons helps high-achievers and teams build real, sustainable confidence—so they can lead with clarity, prevent burnout, and stay connected to what matters most. As the co-founder of Monday Wellness,  she designs and facilitates professional development experiences that blend therapeutic insight with real-world strategy. Her work supports organizations that want to prioritize both performance and people.

    With a background in psychotherapy, nonprofit leadership, and corporate consulting, Ashley understands the pressure of high-stakes environments. 

    At the core of her approach is the Confidence Fingerprint Framework—a research-based model that helps individuals identify their unique strengths, navigate imposter syndrome and perfectionism, and lead with authenticity. Ashley brings a warm, direct, and inclusive facilitation style to every room, creating space for both honest reflection and meaningful action.
