Freeing high achievers & athletes from Performance Anxiety

Welcome to Confidence Cohorts

The premiere course and coaching intensive
written for women, high achievers, and athletes.

Tired of performance anxiety?
Ready for true confidence?

Performance Anxiety isn’t just on stages & in bedrooms.

It’s the quiet feeling that you’re being tested all the time — like an invisible scorecard is calculating how well you’re doing, how fast you’re going, how many things you handled “right,” and how you measured up.

I work with high-impact, extremely capable, totally exhausted women who are tired of,

  • Constantly imagining all the ways things could go wrong

  • Battling nerves & nausea before their performance

  • Avoiding opportunities because of anticipated judgment

  • Comparing themselves to others

  • Struggling to translate competence into self-trust.

  • Filtering through noisy neuro-trash

  •  Always hoping the next training is going to be what makes a difference

Hi. I’m Ashley.

I’m a confidence coach for high performing women.

I’m done with “fake it till you make it”. I’m not interested in telling women to speak louder or try harder. You’ve already been doing that.

Instead, my mission is to help high-achieving women & athletes come home to themselves, because confidence isn’t about performing louder, better, or more perfectly.

Confidence doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from rewiring your thinking.

My program is grounded in neuroscience, built by a licensed therapist, and designed to dismantle the internalized messages that keep women performing confidence instead of living it.

Translating Competence into Confidence

You might be fully capable… but you don’t feel solid in yourself. So you over prepare. You push yourself. You avoid things that feel exposing. You tell yourself you need just one more training, one more certification, one more sign that you’re ready.

And the internal dialogue starts to sound very familiar:

“What if…”
“How am I coming across?”
“I should push myself.”
“Am I over-preparing? Am I over-feeling?”
“I need another training.”

Underneath all of it, what I hear most often is:

“I just want to trust myself.”

If this resonates, you’re not broken. You’re not lacking discipline or confidence. You’re stuck in a pattern—one that’s been reinforced over time. And even though it feels like this is just how your brain works, it’s something that can shift.

We Work with Women Challenged by:

  • Workplace Stress

    Avoidance

Alarm clock dread, mentally replaying the “to do” list while scrolling, hesitation to sign on, & masking to stay professional.

  • Disconnection

From themselves, their team, or their mission.

  • High Stress

Heavy workloads, tight deadlines, and a constant pressure to perform

  • Doubt

A lack of true confidence, autonomy, and initiative. Gossip, office politics, and an absence of psychological safety.

Why Performance Anxiety Coaching?

Whether you’re an athlete or a high-achieving woman, here’s what shifts:

You start to trust yourself.
You don’t need constant reassurance or “proof” that you’re ready. You just move.

Your mind gets quieter.
The endless “what ifs,” over-analysis, and mental loops begin to settle. Instead of filtering through noise, you’re able to think clearly, respond in the moment, and stay present.

You stop over-preparing and start showing up.
No more needing one more training, one more plan, one more perfect condition before you begin.

You perform—and live—with more ease.
Whether it’s in competition, at work, in relationships, or in everyday decisions, things stop feeling like a test you have to pass. You’re still driven, but no longer consumed by pressure.

You become more resilient under pressure.
Mistakes? Sure! You can handle those. Instead of spiraling when something goes wrong, you recover faster. You adapt, adjust, and keep going without the internal collapse.

You reconnect with enjoyment.
Performance, work, and growth stop feeling so heavy. There’s more space for hobbies, down time, and actually enjoying what you’ve worked so hard to build.

And maybe most importantly—
You no longer feel like you’re being tested all the time.

You walk away with the ability to trust yourself in real time, handle pressure without losing yourself, and move through your life with a sense of ease, clarity, and grounded confidence that doesn’t depend on getting everything “right.”
